Rome is the capital city of Italy and situated to the south of Europe on what is called the Italic Peninsula. Rome has a population of more than 2.7 million people in its urban area. It is city where its history speaks for itself and is visited by multitudes of tourists who want to re-live its past and its works of art.
The places that are necessary for going sight- seeing in Rome are the Coliseum, one of the wonders of the world, the Trevi Fountain, a spectacular fountain in the city centre and one of the most important monuments in the city, the Agrippa Pantheon and the different Roman Forums and the Roman Thermals' which will help us to see how the baths were a very important part in the life of the Romans.
The Mausoleum of Hadrian, Saint Peter's Basilica, the Vatican, the Temple of Hadrian and the different squares like the Spanish Steps and the Navona Square, or the impressive National Monument of Victor Emmanuel II are spectacular and very interesting to go sightseeing.
